Leadership Day

Leadership day was held at Spencer park, All of Belfast year 7's were there to do leadership day to try to become a leader next year at Belfast. There were 6 challenges and 6 groups, I was in group 6 and we went around the whole park doing activities to test our leadership and communication skills towards others. These challenges included, A Leader chain over the parks Condor, Climbing up a twirly slide in our socks and we had to make a strategy all together from how to get the whole team up to complete the challenge. Then a multi challenge rope climb that we raced up all together at one put, that (in my opinion) the easiest challenge of that day. Then there was a flying fox were by the en of the activity all of my group had to be on one flying fox and if we did that before the end we could just have fun with the flying fox. Then there was a tight rope activity which was really engaging for me because someone was leader of the activity and only they could speak to tell them there strategy to how to get across a ring bar without failing. Last but no least the blind folded walk, with this someone from our group was at the front blind folded and the people behind would tell the person where things were in this challenge.
